Where the idea came from
Founder Loren Mullins first understood how much small businesses matter while working at Herongate. It was more than a workplace. It was a community, a local gathering place, a business built with heart.
When she later learned the restaurant was shutting down again, she saw firsthand how difficult it can be for small business owners to keep up with everything: customers, communication, reputation, visibility, and daily operations.
That experience shaped the purpose of Comfort Crew Marketing.
